Internet startup Kabuk needed to communicate the process of a non-user landing on a profile page that could be claimed as the user's. I created a series of 7 diagrams breaking down the process. The digrams were sent to the Lead Programmer for build.

Scenario 1
A user without an existing account claims a Profile - Upon clicking the 'Claim this Profile' button the user is prompted to either Sign In or Sign Up. In this scenario the user creates a new account.

Scenario 1C
A user without an existing account claims a Profile - The user is presented with the standard practice setup with all their information filled out. However the option to choose whether they would like to setup a clinic, practice or profile is skipped.
Scenario 1D

Scenario 2
A user with an existing profile cliams the current profile - Upon clicking the 'Claim this Profile; button the user is prompted to either Sign In or Sign Up. In this scenario the user logs in with an exisitng account. Then chooses a plan.
Scenario 2B
A user without an existing account claims a Profile - The user is presented with the standard practice setup iwth all their information filled out. However the option to choose whether they would like to setup a clinic, practice or profile is skipped.
