Client Kabuk

Internet startup Kabuk needed to build out a review system that allowed for client flagging, review editing and presentation on the clients profile page. A series of user experience diagrams were created—breaking down processes and scenarios. The digrams were sent to the Lead Programmer for build.

Scenario 1a

User creates a review. User is prompted to review upon login


Scenario 2

User reviews Their previous Reviews and are shown outstanding reviews


Scenario 2b

Upon user clicking ‘outstanding reviews’ the user is brought to their past appointments page with the option to review


Scenario 2c

Upon user clicking ‘Edit Review’ the user is brought to Their review page page with initialized review expanded.

User Edits a previous Review


Scenario 4

Practitioner Views Reviews about themselves and Flags a comment for Review


Scenario 4b

Practitioner is prompted to confirm their flagged comment and submit ancillary information for administration.


Scenario 4c

Practitioner’s Flagged review is now being reviewed by administration and is now inactive on the website.


Scenario 5

Practitioner Evaluates whether or not to list reviews on their profile page


Scenario 5b

Practitioner previews their profile page with review parameters.


Scenario 6

User clicks through to see the ‘2 Reviews’ from practitioner profile page.


Scenario 6b

Reviews are listed in 2 different styles depending on specified options.
